📌 No Refunds

  • We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.

  • This includes (but is not limited to) cancellations, change of mind, dissatisfaction with texture or color once received, or incorrect ordering by the customer.


📌 No Returns or Exchanges

  • No returns or exchanges will be accepted once a product has been purchased.

📌 Defective or Incorrect Items

Although all sales are final, we take product quality seriously.

  • If you believe you received a defective or incorrect item, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos/video showing the issue.

  • If an error is confirmed on our end, we will provide an appropriate solution (such as a replacement), not a refund.


📌 Hair Extensions & Wig Units

Due to health and hygiene standards:

  • Hair products cannot be returned once handled, opened, unwrapped, brushed, combed, installed, cut, dyed, or altered in any way.

  • For safety and quality reasons, all hair items are final sale.

If your purchase includes any styling or installation services:

  • Service fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
