📦 Processing Time (3 Days)

  • All orders require up to 3 business days for processing.

  • Processing time begins after payment has been successfully received.

  • Because hair products are not kept on hand, each order is sourced or prepared specifically for you.

  • Orders cannot be rushed, modified, or canceled once processing has begun.

🚚 Shipping Time (1 Week After Processing)

  • Once processing is complete, orders will ship within 7 business days (1 week).

  • Shipping time begins after processing is finished, not on the day the order was placed.

  • Total delivery time = Processing Time (3 days) + Shipping Time (1 week).

  • Delivery delays caused by the carrier, weather, holidays, or incorrect addresses are not the responsibility of Chocolate Creations Hair Company LLC.

📮 Tracking Information

  • A tracking number will be provided once the order has shipped.

  • Customers are responsible for monitoring their tracking and ensuring someone is available to receive the package.

🚫 Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

  • Once an order is shipped and in the possession of the carrier, Chocolate Creations Hair Company LLC is not responsible for:

    • Lost packages

    • Stolen packages

    • Delayed delivery

    • Packages marked "delivered" by the carrier

  • Customers must contact the shipping carrier directly for claims.

📍 Incorrect Addresses

  • Please double-check your shipping information before submitting your order.

  • Chocolate Creations Hair Company LLC is not responsible for shipments sent to the wrong address due to customer error.

  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer must pay a new shipping fee to have it reshipped.
